Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team via the help portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely pack them to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
